Matthias Kehder

Mr. Kehder has extensive data mining experience and specializes in extracting value from enterprise data. His in-depth knowledge of applied statistical techniques and their potential business applications, allows his clients to significantly leverage the value of existing data

A co-founder of Modern Analytics, Mr. Kehder was also a founder and acting chief architect of Genalytics Inc., a provider of advanced business analytics software that helps companies better target customers. At Genalytics, he provided the vision and intellectual property to the underlying software. Mr. Kehder's ground breaking analytical work resulted in the award of multiple patents in the fields of statistics and artificial intelligence. As chief architect he was directly responsible for the software creation and functionality.

Prior to the founding of Genalytics, Mr. Kehder was manager of European analytics for Tessera Inc., a consulting firm based in Boston, MA. While at Tessera, Mr. Kehder's work for Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) provided the analytical backbone of a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at the world's second largest bank. Ultimately, this work was awarded the European SAS application of the year in 2000.

Before joining Tessera, Mr. Kehder held senior analytical positions at leading companies, including Epsilon, Resort Condominiums International, and research facilities such as the Krannert Institute of Cardiology in Indianapolis, IN.

Mr. Kehder holds a BA in Mathematics from Butler University and an MS in Applied Statistics from Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis, IN.
